About me

Hey I’m Natalie.

I believe that the best things in life come when we stop settling and start actively growing. We can’t solve the words problems with the same thinking that created them, and this belief underpins everything I do. I’m an entrepreneur, speaker, podcast host, and ICF-certified coach, who’s here to help as many people as humanly possible, fall in love with the often uncomfortable process of growth.

Whether you’re stuck in the daily grind, fear is paralysing you from making change, or feel like there’s got to be more to life than this, I’ve been there. And I know it’s possible to break free, connect with your purpose, and start living the life you’re truly meant for.

With my approach, I mix inspiration with action. I’m not about sugar-coating things. I call you out, with love, on your own bullshit, while helping you to see just how capable and powerful you are. Life doesn’t have to be hard or frustrating. It’s about taking steps towards growth, with excitement, fulfilment, and a sense of adventure along the way.

A little about my journey.

After following society’s “checklist” for happiness and success I started to think “is this it for the next 50 years?” despite ticking all the boxes, something deep inside me knew there had to be more, so I took the leap of moving to a new country away from my friends, family and all that was familiar, which ignited my love and passion for growth. It was in the discomfort of “starting again” I began to understand truly how powerful and capable we all are. 8 years later I’m addicted to the pursuit of growth and through entrepreneurship, speaking, writing, podcasting, and coaching I’m empowering others to do the same.

My work is rooted in the belief that growth should be exciting and energising not exhausting. The world doesn’t need more people following the herd, It needs us all to be our most authentic selves and living our purpose. You can take action, step into your power, and make an impact and I’m here to motivate, inspire, and guide you in that process.

For me it was about dealing with pressure and after the amazing sessions with Natalie it helped me realise that I already do what I need to help me through those tough times but the ability to take the time to know it! understand how much I have achieved and how to deal with what lifes throws at you by knowing you can, and have handled it before and made it through. knowing this helps me think more clearly about the solutions and be more positive about meeting new challenges.

I would recommend TTM and Natalie in particular to absolutely everyone, there is nobody who wouldn't benefit from this type of session with Natalie in fact I would say it's a great shame that all of my team can’t go through something similar with her.
